The Y-CAN project is a partnership with the Willamette Workforce Partnership and in collaboration with the Community Services Consortium and Crossroads Communities in Lebanon. In this project Casa Latinos Unidos recruits and retains youth to participate in a paid workforce training program and a paid work experience program. Our organization recruits youth, supports them through culturally appropriate activities, and provides wraparound services to the youth and their families. This project reflects our commitment to working with the community through a holistic approach, not only addressing needs, but also building capacity for self-reliance.
